Founder and CEO of Enovation Consulting, Dr Cristiana Pace specialises in data-driven sustainability strategies for sports organisations and Formula 1 teams. She was the first woman to work trackside for the FIA’s technical departments in Formula 1 and has played a pivotal role in advancing sustainability and safety in motorsport.

EXPERTISE

Founder and CEO of Enovation Consulting: Cristiana founded Enovation Consulting in 2018, a strategy and sustainability firm focusing on the motorsport and sports industries. Clients have included Williams Racing, Alpha Tauri, Haas Formula 1 teams, the FIA, Motorsport UK, Silverstone Circuit and the AS Roma football team, to name a few.

Pioneering Trackside Work and Advanced Engineering: With an engineering degree from Bologna University and an MSc from Cranfield University, Cristiana began her career with the FIA as a data analyst and technology developer. She has made significant contributions to the FIA’s safety legacy and later applied her expertise at Williams Advanced Engineering, leading major projects like supplying battery technology to the FIA Formula E series.

Sustainability and Strategic Management: Cristiana earned a PhD from Coventry University, focusing on low-carbon sustainable transitions in motorsport. She has consulted for various motorsport stakeholders, developing strategies to reduce environmental impact and enhance sustainability awareness.
