Performance Insights was founded in 1999 by Formula 1 team executive, Mark Gallagher, to support his public speaking work. Since 2012 Mark has expanded the business to work with a network of talent from among the F1 community.
With a career spanning almost 25 years in international motorsport, Chris Hughes brings leadership experience from brands, teams and agencies. As Managing Director, he supports the continued growth of Performance Insights and its global client network.
The company’s talent portfolio is managed by Debbie Price who brings more than 15 years of experience matching keynote speakers and celebrity talents with clients, event planners and agencies globally.
Jill McLachlan has worked with the organisation since 2014 and is responsible for providing the logistical and adminstrative support to our talent network, agencies and clients internationally.
As Head of Marketing at Performance Insights, Sophie combines her expertise as a creative marketing specialist and social media manager to showcase the company’s world-class speakers to a global audience through campaigns like The Business of Winning podcast.
