Schiff joins Canal+ Sport

Sky Sports F1 presenter Naomi Schiff has added to her broadcasting career portfolio by joining the French Canal+ Sport team as a co-presenter.  

Following her career as a racing driver, including having competed in series such as the W Series, Schiff has applied her expertise to punditry and presenting. An established presenter for Sky Sports F1, she also worked as a host alongside colleague Natalie Pinkham for the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team car launches of the W13 and W14 in 2022 and 2023 respectively.  

Now combining this experience with her bilingualism in English and French, she has been named as the new co-presenter and Formula 1 consultant for France’s Canal+ Sport coverage.  

Her knowledge and experience of racing already make Schiff a highly regarding motorsport broadcaster, but her bilingual ability adds to this, allowing her to broadcast in another key F1 market and interview drivers including Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly in their native language.  

After beginning this position at the 2023 Hungarian Grand Prix, Schiff will continue working with Canal+ at future races this season. Her role will involve contributing her experience and analysing sessions across race weekends.  

A fan favourite, Schiff has rapidly become one of the sport’s most prominent presenters and has accumulated over 200,000 followers on Instagram.  

In a recent series of Instagram posts, Schiff announced another venture in France: a piece with Views, a French media and news company, in which she participated in both an interview and photoshoot. 

Celebrating Schiff as a sporting icon, the piece explores her career, love of motorsport, and her work within equality and representation in the world of racing. Schiff has been a pioneer in creating a fairer and more equal sport, particularly after being appointed as the Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador for the W Series in 2020.
