Career Highlights

Managing Director, F1 Academy: Since March 2023, Susie has been leading the F1 Academy, an all-female driver category aimed at developing and preparing young female drivers for higher levels of competition. Her leadership focuses on fostering talent and creating opportunities for women in motorsport.

Dare To Be Different and FIA Girls on Track: Susie launched the Dare To Be Different initiative to increase female participation in motorsport. This successful program later united with the FIA Girls on Track program, expanding its reach and impact.

ROKiT Venturi Racing: As Team Principal and later CEO of ROKiT Venturi Racing, Susie played a pivotal role in transforming the team into Vice-World Champions in the 2021-22 Formula E season. Her leadership led to significant achievements, including five wins and 10 podium finishes.

Williams Racing: Susie made history in 2014 by becoming the first woman in 22 years to take part in a Formula 1 race weekend with Williams Racing, highlighting her pioneering spirit in the sport.
