Prost Grand Prix & Ferrari - Early Engineering Success: Marcin began as an aerodynamicist at Prost Grand Prix in 2001, before joining Ferrari (2002–2007), contributing to multiple World Championships under Jean Todt and Ross Brawn.
McLaren - Leading Aerodynamics Innovation: Joined McLaren in 2007, holding key roles at HQ and trackside. Became Head of Aerodynamics in 2012, leading a team of over 100 people and driving technical performance at the sharp end of F1.
FIA - Shaping Safety and Technical Governance: Joined the FIA in 2014 as Deputy to F1 Race Director Charlie Whiting and led the F1 Technical Department from 2017. Played a central role in introducing the Halo safety device in 2018, redefining safety standards in the sport.
Renault / Alpine F1 Team - Executive Leadership: As Executive Director of Renault F1, Marcin managed 750 staff across design, engineering, production and logistics. As Team Director of Alpine F1, he led the team through the 2021 season, securing its first Grand Prix victory.
