Brad spent five years as the performance coach to Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen, overseeing his physical conditioning, physiotherapy, nutrition, recovery, and sleep management. His role was instrumental in Verstappen’s rise to the top of Formula 1, supporting him through multiple victories. His partnership with Verstappen played a critical role in one of Formula 1’s most intense championship battles, culminating in the dramatic 2021 title victory, where Verstappen overtook Lewis Hamilton on the final lap of the final race to secure his first championship.
Elite Sport & Olympic Success
With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and an MSc in Physiotherapy, Brad’s career began in the UK’s National Health Service before moving into professional sport. His experience includes:
